SimpleTalk.ai support: contact, login and recovery.

In this guide

How do I contact SimpleTalk.ai support?

SimpleTalk has published [email protected], but current support availability is unverified. Start with the contact in your agreement or existing support thread. If you cannot get help, keep calls covered and identify who controls your login, billing and phone numbers. Assistable is an independent replacement provider, not SimpleTalk’s support team.

Key points
  • A published email address does not confirm that support is responding.
  • Login, billing, phone-number control and calling failures need different owners.
  • Assistable can help replace agreed calling workflows, but cannot reset a SimpleTalk account or issue its refunds.

What contact information is published?

SimpleTalk’s indexed Terms of Service and Privacy Policy list [email protected]. Its company-issued announcement dated August 20, 2025 also lists that address as a media contact.

When checked on October 7, 2026, the policy URLs returned 404, although their text remained in search results. We have not sent a test email or verified a support response. Check the contact on your invoice, agreement or prior correspondence before relying on an older public listing.

Start with the problem you need solved

Keep the account question separate from the customer work it affects. You may be able to cover calls or recover records from another system while the original account issue is unresolved.

Calls or bookings are failingThe administrators of the calling, carrier, CRM and calendar accountsTest one controlled call, then inspect its CRM and calendar result. Put urgent requests with a person while you isolate the failure.

You need a recording, prompt or exportThe administrator of the system holding that recordSave what is accessible in the calling platform, CRM and calendar. List the missing records and date range precisely.
You need to keep a business numberThe carrier account holder or authorized number administratorIdentify the carrier and who can approve routing or porting. Do not cancel a working number before its next route is confirmed.

If your SimpleTalk login is not working

Open the account address from your original invitation, saved bookmark or established administrator. An agency may have supplied a branded portal, so a login page found through search may not be the one for your account.

If the expected sign-in page opens, use its normal recovery option if available. If the page does not load, or you sign in but cannot see the right client account, save that exact result for your administrator. A working documentation site or marketing page does not establish that account access or calling is working.

  • Record the account or client ID, sign-in email and exact error. Never include your password, recovery codes or API keys in a support message.
  • Check access to your HighLevel location, carrier and calendar separately. Those systems may hold usable records even when the calling dashboard does not.
  • If you regain access, preserve needed configuration and reconcile pending calls before restarting campaigns.

Send one request that is easy to act on

Use an existing verified support thread or the contact in your agreement. Keep the first request short, with a clear action and enough information to identify the account. Share customer data only through an agreed secure channel.

  • Account: business name, account or client ID, and the authorized contact.
  • Issue: the affected workflow, first observed time and time zone, and the exact error.
  • Evidence: a redacted screenshot or one call reference, plus the expected and actual result.
  • Requested action: restore access, confirm a charge, provide a specific export or identify the number administrator.
  • Customer coverage: where urgent calls and unfinished bookings are being handled now.

Keep billing and recovery separate

Save your agreement, invoices, payment references, wallet history and any cancellation request. Ask the billing party to confirm the status of each item in writing. Turning off an automation is not confirmation that its subscription or other charges have stopped.

We cannot verify eligibility for a SimpleTalk refund or issue one. Use your own agreement and the original billing provider’s process for that question. Assistable replacement pricing is a separate proposal; it does not settle charges or unused balances with another provider.

If you cannot get the help you need

Give urgent inbound requests and uncertain appointments a human owner. Where you control routing, test a fallback answering destination before changing it. Pause retries you cannot reconcile so customers do not receive duplicate calls.

You can plan a replacement using approved business instructions and the carrier, CRM and calendar accounts you control. Missing source records or number authorization remain separate items to resolve. You do not need to treat every blocked export as a reason to leave new customer inquiries unanswered.

What Assistable can help with

Assistable provides AI agents for inbound calls, outbound follow-up and appointment booking, with a built-in HighLevel connection and agency tools. We can review your existing workflow, scope the rebuild and test the agreed customer journey before moving traffic.

Assistable is independent of SimpleTalk. We do not operate its support desk, control its accounts, recover its passwords or issue its refunds. Talk to our team when you need a replacement platform and a practical migration plan.

Common questions

Is [email protected] still responding?

We have not verified a current support response or response time. The address appears in indexed SimpleTalk policy pages and a company announcement dated August 20, 2025. Use your existing agreement or verified support thread, and keep customer coverage separate from the wait for a response.

Does a working SimpleTalk website mean my calls are working?

No. A marketing page, documentation site, account login, phone call, CRM update and calendar booking are separate checks. Test the calling workflow you actually use and inspect the result in the destination system. A website loading does not establish that every customer account or service is operating.

Can Assistable recover my SimpleTalk login?

No. Assistable cannot reset passwords or restore access to another provider’s account. Your account administrator or the original provider must handle that. We can scope a replacement using the business instructions and connected systems you are authorized to access.

Can Assistable refund my SimpleTalk balance?

No. SimpleTalk billing, cancellation and unused-balance questions belong with the business that charged you. Keep your agreement, invoices and written requests. An Assistable deployment is a separate service and does not transfer or refund a SimpleTalk balance.

What if SimpleTalk support is unavailable and I still need calls answered?

Cover urgent calls with a tested answering or callback route, identify who controls the number and preserve accessible instructions. Assistable can help plan replacement calling and booking workflows. Number authorization and unavailable records still need their own resolution.
