Is Assistable an alternative to Synthflow for agencies?
Yes. Assistable is a Synthflow alternative for agencies that want to build voice and chat agents, deliver them through branded client accounts and charge their own usage rates through Stripe. Startup, Growth and Agency include white labeling and usage rebilling, with HighLevel-connected workflows and snapshots for new-client setup. Native rebilling charges prepaid usage. Treat monthly client subscriptions and included-minute allowances as a separate billing requirement.
Key points
- Set client usage prices
- Deliver under your own brand
- Keep CRM workflows connected
Run the client relationship, from delivery to billing.
An agency needs more than an agent that can answer a call. It needs a repeatable way to launch the service, give each client access, charge for usage and know what happens when a conversation needs a person.
| Your agency needs | How Assistable supports it |
|---|---|
| Your brand in front of the client | Configure your logo, colors, domain, favicon and help links on a supported white-label plan. |
| Your own client usage prices | Connect Stripe, configure supported usage prices and enable rebilling for each client account. |
| A clear client balance | Clients fund their prepaid wallet and can configure automatic top-ups. The agency separately funds platform usage. |
| A repeatable deployment | Use snapshots as defaults for new accounts. Configure and test the client-specific agent, tools and connections. |
| Calls that produce a next step | Connect CRM actions, qualification, calendar booking and human transfers to the agent's workflow. |
The billing difference that matters.
Synthflow's change affects how agencies charge their customers. It does not remove its agent builder, white labeling or HighLevel integration. Compare the billing workflow you actually need to replace.
| Capability | Synthflow after September 15 | Assistable |
|---|---|---|
| Charge clients through the platform | In-product Stripe reselling removed. Bill through your own external system. | Stripe usage rebilling on eligible agency plans. |
| Client usage prices | Track and invoice usage outside Synthflow. | Configure supported client usage prices and collect through prepaid wallets. |
| Client minute top-ups | Plan-based top-ups removed. Adjust allocation or use Auto-overage; customer billing is external. | Configurable client wallet auto top-ups. Agency platform funding remains separate. |
| Monthly client packages | Former in-product custom pricing plans removed. | Native usage wallets. Treat retainers and included-minute subscriptions as separate billing requirements. |
| Brand and client workspaces | Subaccounts, branding and custom domains remain supported. | Branded client accounts, with plan-specific account allowances. |
| GoHighLevel workflows | Integration, calendar booking and agency/subaccount sync remain documented. | CRM authorization, agent actions and calendar tools, configured for each deployment. |
Choose the plan around the clients you serve.
Assistable's published agency plans include usage rebilling and white labeling from Startup. Choose your account allowance, then model actual voice, messaging and delivery costs. This agency offer is separate from a custom enterprise engagement.
- Usage is additional. Model orchestration, voice, language model, telephony, optional features and phone numbers together.
- Solo is $97 per month for one account and does not include white labeling or usage rebilling.
- Synthflow's current public enterprise offer starts at $30,000 annually. Existing Synthflow contracts may differ; compare your own agreement, not an assumed replacement cost.
| Agency plan | Monthly subscription | Included client accounts | Published concurrency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Startup | $225 | 3 | 15 concurrent calls |
| Growth | $450 | 10 | 25 concurrent calls |
| Agency | $975 | Unlimited | 50 concurrent calls |
A better fit starts with your operating model.
Assistable is a strong fit when your agency wants a branded service, client usage billing and CRM-connected delivery in the same platform. You can build and operate agents in the dashboard, then extend the workflow with tools and APIs when needed.
- Choose an Assistable evaluation if client-level rates, prepaid usage and repeatable account setup are central to the service you sell.
- Keeping Synthflow can make sense if your agents already work well and you are comfortable owning external subscriptions, usage collection and reconciliation.
- If you need a specific monthly package, billing currency, payment behavior or client portal permission, include it in the acceptance checklist before switching.
From a new client account to a reconciled call.
Connect account setup, AI delivery and client usage billing in one evaluation. Follow these setup guides, then use a representative client to confirm the call, CRM action and billing record agree.
Create the branded client account
Apply your domain and branding. A snapshot can supply new-account feature settings, usage limits, rebilling defaults and cloned assistants. Authorize the client's own connections separately.
Configure the business action
Connect the intended HighLevel account and one active booking calendar per assistant. Test the contact update, appointment and transfer destination. Dynamic routing across multiple calendars requires custom tools.
Activate client usage billing
Connect your agency Stripe account, invite the client billing owner, enable rebilling and the intended categories, and confirm prices. Fund the client and agency wallets separately.
Reconcile one authorized test
Confirm the call result in the CRM, the client's usage charge at the agreed rate, the underlying agency cost and the correct account access. Record failure and rollback checks before moving live traffic.
“After 18 months testing voice AI platforms including Bland.ai and Synthflow.ai… Assistable delivered flawlessly on over 25,000 calls in recent weeks.”
Common questions
Did Synthflow remove white labeling?
No. Synthflow's September 15, 2026 notice removes in-product customer billing and Stripe reselling. It explicitly retains subaccounts, branding, custom domains, permissions and products.
Does Assistable support Stripe rebilling?
Yes. Eligible agency plans support connecting Stripe, configuring client usage prices and enabling prepaid usage rebilling by subaccount. Startup, Growth and Agency currently include rebilling; Solo does not.
Is Assistable's billing identical to Synthflow's old pricing plans?
No. The documented Assistable model is usage rebilling through client wallets. Do not assume the former Synthflow monthly-plan, included-minute or trial configuration imports unchanged. Review retainers, subscriptions, credits and renewal dates separately.
Can I keep GoHighLevel?
Yes. Assistable connects to GoHighLevel. Authorize the intended agency and subaccounts, configure the relevant tools and calendars, and test workflow behavior. Existing Synthflow credentials and actions do not automatically become Assistable connections.
Is Assistable cheaper than Synthflow?
It depends on your existing agreement, clients, usage and configuration. Assistable publishes monthly agency plans and separate usage rates. Compare the full cost of delivery, including telephony, models, optional features, payment fees and support, against your actual Synthflow bill.
Can my Synthflow agents be imported automatically?
An automatic cross-platform Synthflow importer is not established by the documentation reviewed here. Plan to map prompts, flows, actions and data, reconnect integrations and test a representative client before rollout.
