From a sales conversation to an appointment.

Hear an Assistable voice agent ask about a business, offer available demo slots and confirm a time. Then see how the presenter connects the agent, calendar and post-call workflow in GoHighLevel.

  1. Collect business context

The first call asks about the business before the workflow prepares the next conversation.

  2. Offer appointment times

The agent presents two demo slots, the caller chooses Friday and the agent confirms a date and time.

  3. See the workflow behind the call

The presenter walks through the form trigger, outbound call and post-call workflow.

  4. Review the webhook and calendar setup

The presenter shows the post-call webhook configuration and identifies the demo calendar attached to the agent.

Recorded in October 2025 using an earlier interface. This is a configured sales demonstration, not a customer case study. The booking exchange contains a spoken confirmation; independently checking the resulting calendar event is still part of deployment testing.

Test your booking workflow.

Use a test contact and the calendars your deployment will actually use. Confirm the action in the destination system before treating the workflow as ready.

  • Choose a valid slot and verify the saved event, contact and timezone.
  • Ask for an unavailable time and check the alternative offered.
  • Change the requested service and verify the correct calendar is selected.
  • Test the human handoff or follow-up path when booking cannot be completed.

Let me check my availability for a demo. I have a few demo slots available. Would Friday, October 31st at 10 a.m. or Monday, November 3rd at 12 PM work better for you?

Friday is fine. Can we do Friday?

Great. Let me confirm your demo for Friday at 10 a.m. Your demo is all set for Friday, October 31st at 10 a.m. Eastern.

Connect the conversation to the right calendar.

The recording uses one assistant whose instructions change between calls. That is one workflow pattern, not a requirement for every appointment agent. Start with the service a caller needs, the calendar that owns it and the information your team needs before the appointment.

Assistable’s booking documentation covers calendar-selection tools and routing rules. If you have several staff members, locations or appointment types, give the agent an explicit rule for choosing the calendar. Use the current controls in your account; the recording’s screen layout and example dates are historical.

  1. Connect the intended HighLevel location and confirm calendar access.
  2. Attach the calendar tools and define which service or location uses each calendar.
  3. Check the calendar’s availability and timezone against the agent’s settings.
  4. Define what the agent should do when no suitable slot is available or the caller needs a person.

Check the saved result, not just the conversation.

A natural exchange is only one part of a useful booking workflow. After a test call, inspect the calendar event and the contact record. Verify the service, time, timezone and person match what was agreed, then check that the intended confirmation reaches the customer.

Keep your follow-up rules tied to the actual booking result. Decide what should happen if a caller changes their mind, requests an unavailable time or ends the call before choosing a slot. Use the same checks after changing calendar permissions, tools or agent instructions.
