Turn a service-agent brief into reviewable work.

Explain the job in plain language, then work through the proposed configuration with the account's existing resources and permissions.

  1. Describe the job

Ask for an agent that qualifies a service request, collects a preferred day and uses an existing booking tool. Identify the business knowledge it should use.

  2. Review the proposed changes

Inspect the supported settings, resource attachments and flow work Able proposes. Approve the specific operations you want applied.

  3. Inspect and prepare the result

Open the resulting assistant or flow and review outstanding setup. Test the intended conversation before separately publishing or assigning it.

Move from an idea to something your team can inspect.

A concrete starting configuration

Work on instructions, model, voice and chat settings through a conversation instead of turning a brief into a disconnected setup checklist.

Focused improvements to existing agents

Identify the assistant and explain the change. Refine supported settings or attach the knowledge and tools already available in the account.

Flows you can open and refine

Use Able to create or edit supported Agent Flow steps, variables and routes, then inspect the resulting structure in Flow Builder.

Assisted building. Deliberate release decisions.

Keep the scope of a request, permission to apply changes and decision to release separate and clear.

Your account permissions

Available work follows the account's features, subscription and user permissions. Read-only access remains read-only.

Real connected resources

Able can attach existing tools and knowledge. New external integrations still need their supported connection or API tool configured.

Review before customer traffic

Applying approved work does not replace testing, publication or assignment. Inspect the saved result and choose when the agent is ready for customers.

Product capabilities and architecture

Ask Able is Assistable's AI-assisted builder for assistant configuration and Agent Flows. Authorized users can create or refine supported settings, attach existing knowledge and tools, and review the resulting build.

From a clear brief to a concrete build.

Assistant creation and updates
Prepare prompts, model choices, voice and chat settings through a conversation. Start a new agent or make a focused improvement to an existing one.
Existing knowledge and tool attachments
Connect resources already available in the account to the agent's role, including business knowledge and configured actions.
Native Agent Flow design
Create or edit supported flow steps, variables and routes. Inspect and refine the resulting structure in Flow Builder.
A reviewable build result
See saved resources, configuration checks and unresolved requirements together. Give the team a concrete result to inspect after a build.

AI assistance connected to real platform settings.

Able connects the brief to supported account settings, with review before changes are applied.

The brief guides the build
Your requirements and available resources shape the proposed assistant or flow.
Operations target specific resources
Changes target the selected account, assistant or flow within the user’s existing permissions.
Saved results stay inspectable
Inspect saved settings and attached resources, then continue refining them in their native editors.
Operating controls and references

Assisted building. Human release decisions.

Keep control of the account, the change and the moment it reaches customers.

Account and role permissions
Access follows the available features, subscription and user permissions. Read-only users remain read-only.
Review before applying changes
Approve the specific supported operations. Accepting a plan is separate from approving later publication or assignment.
Drafts before deployment
Publishing a flow and assigning it to an assistant are distinct steps. Validate the conversation and connected actions before customer traffic.

Able
questions.

Can Able improve an existing AI agent?

Yes. Identify the assistant and describe the change. Supported work includes instructions, model, voice, chat settings and existing tool or knowledge attachments, subject to account permissions.

Can Able build a visual conversation flow?

Yes. Able can help create and edit supported Agent Flow steps, variables and routes. Your team can inspect the result in Flow Builder before deciding to publish and assign it.

Will Able create any integration we describe?

Able can attach existing tools and knowledge available in the account. A new business integration still needs its supported connection or API tool configured; a plain-language brief does not create arbitrary external integrations.

Can we review changes before they go live?

Yes. Review proposed operations before applying them and inspect the saved result afterward. Publication and assignment remain separate decisions, and a saved build still needs testing on its intended customer channel.
