Talk to salesUsage rates
USDFixed price sets the account’s charge per unit. Markup adds a percentage to your actual cost.
Markup is calculated from the actual cost recorded for each charge, so the customer price can vary.
Example settings only. Your platform subscription and underlying usage rates do not change.
Powering businesses, agencies and franchise operators.
Household-brand logos represent franchise-level deployments.
Your client pricing. Your underlying costs.
Keep the rate your client pays separate from the Assistable usage your agency funds. Each side has its own wallet and funding process.
Set the client rates
Configure supported services with a fixed usage price or markup. Review the resulting customer price before enabling rebilling for the account.
Fund the client wallet
Use the connected Stripe experience for prepaid client funding. The client’s usage is charged against that wallet at the rates you set.
Manage the agency side
Fund underlying Assistable usage through the separate agency wallet. Client collections do not replenish it automatically.
Run the commercial side of your AI service.
Control the offer
Set supported client usage rates around the service you deliver, rather than applying one commercial arrangement to every account.
Keep accounts organized
Enable rebilling for selected subaccounts and prepare deliberate defaults for newly provisioned clients.
Deliver under your brand
Combine client administration and usage billing with the white-label capabilities included in eligible agency plans.
Make the economics clear from day one.
Separate the platform, usage and client terms so both your team and your customer understand the service.
Subscription plus usage
The white-label, multitenant platform subscription is separate from consumption. Underlying usage follows the current rate sheet and its applicable components.
Monitor both wallets
Client funding and agency funding are separate. Monitor balances, funding and payment outcomes for both wallets.
Keep package terms explicit
Manage retainers, implementation fees and bundled-minute subscriptions separately from native prepaid usage wallets. Explain what each client arrangement includes.
Product capabilities and architecture
Assistable Rebilling lets eligible agencies configure client usage rates and collect prepaid wallet funding through a connected Stripe account. The client wallet pays your rates. Your agency wallet separately funds Assistable usage, with the platform subscription billed independently.
Your client accounts, usage rates and billing experience.
- Client usage pricing
- Configure prices for supported billable usage. Consumption is charged to the client wallet at the rates you set.
- Stripe-connected wallet funding
- Collect client prepaid funding through the connected billing experience. Keep the agency payment connection and each client’s wallet setup within the operating platform.
- Per-account control
- Enable rebilling for selected subaccounts and prepare defaults for new-account provisioning. Keep existing client commercial arrangements deliberate.
- White-label service delivery
- Combine account administration and usage billing with your client-facing brand. Eligible plans support the multi-account platform your agency uses to deliver the service.
A clear separation between your cost and your price.
Keep platform access, underlying usage and client charges distinct.
- Platform subscription
- The selected plan supplies eligible platform, white-label and rebilling capabilities. Consumption is separate.
- Agency usage wallet
- Your workspace wallet funds underlying Assistable usage independently of client balances.
- Client usage wallet
- Each client wallet holds prepaid funds and pays the usage rates you configure.
Operating controls and references
Make the commercial experience clear from day one.
Explain the service, keep funding healthy and give the right people control over each account.
- Clear client terms
- Distinguish retainers, implementation fees and usage charges. Explain what the service includes and how wallet funding and low-balance handling work.
- Funding visibility
- Monitor balances and payment outcomes on both sides. An automatic-refill attempt still depends on a successful payment.
- Deliberate account controls
- Assign appropriate members, features and usage limits. Review client rates and provisioning defaults as the service grows.
Rebilling
questions.
Does Assistable include native agency rebilling?
Yes. Eligible plans support configured usage rates, Stripe-connected prepaid client wallets and per-subaccount rebilling. Startup, Growth and Agency include white labeling and rebilling; Solo does not.
Is AI usage included in the white-label subscription?
No. The platform subscription is separate from usage. Consumption follows the current rate sheet, including applicable model, voice, telephony and other components.
Do client payments replenish the agency wallet?
No. The agency wallet funds underlying Assistable usage separately from the client’s rebilled wallet. Both balances need an appropriate funding process.
Can we sell retainers or bundled-minute plans?
You can structure your commercial service that way, but fixed retainers and bundled-minute subscriptions are managed separately from native prepaid usage wallets. Our team can help you assess the billing design.
