## More conversations. A clear next step.

Build an AI receptionist, a sales follow-up agent or a booking assistant around each client’s business.

### Inbound calls and reception

Answer customer questions, collect the details your client needs and route callers to the right person. Connect calendar tools when the next step is an appointment.

[Watch an AI call handoff](https://www.assistable.ai/resources/ai-call-transfer)

### Outbound follow-up and reactivation

Reach eligible leads, qualify interest and follow up with existing contacts. Run campaigns with calling windows, pacing, retries and do-not-disturb checks, then review bookings, transfers and call outcomes.

### Appointment booking and CRM updates

Use connected-calendar tools to check availability and book a time during a voice or chat conversation. Capture qualification details, update contact information and add notes for the team taking over.

## Configure once. Build on what works.

Start with the platform’s assistant builder and built-in tools. Reuse your setup across clients, then customize it for each business.

### Set up agents in the dashboard

Start with a generated template, a blank assistant or a clone from another Assistable account. Add the client’s instructions and knowledge, assign a number and enable built-in calendar tools. Use the visual Flow Builder when the conversation needs defined steps and branches.

[See the assistant setup guide](https://docs.assistable.ai/get-started/quickstart)

### Reuse your client setup

Agency snapshots can clone your prepared assistants into new client accounts and apply default feature access, usage limits and rebilling settings. Adapt the assistant and authorize the right connections for each client. Snapshot changes apply to new accounts, not existing ones.

[Explore assistant snapshots](https://docs.assistable.ai/platform/snapshots)

### Extend the platform when you need to

Use the built-in tools for supported calendar and contact actions. For a custom CRM, lookup or business process, configure an API tool with the destination endpoint and credentials. Custom connections need setup and testing; they are optional extensions to the platform.

## Your brand. Your clients. Your business.

The agency workspace brings branding, client administration and usage billing together.

### Put your brand on the experience

Configure your client portal with your logo, colors, domain, favicon and documentation link.

[White-label setup](https://docs.assistable.ai/platform/white-labeling)

### Manage clients in separate accounts

Manage each client’s account details, members, feature permissions and usage limits from your agency workspace. Authorize the appropriate HighLevel connection for each client.

[Client account management](https://docs.assistable.ai/platform/sub-account-management)

### Set your client usage prices

Connect Stripe, set your client usage prices and enable rebilling for the intended subaccounts. Clients fund prepaid wallets and pay your configured rates as they use the service. Your agency wallet separately funds the underlying usage, so keep it funded and account for all usage components when setting your prices.

[How rebilling works](https://docs.assistable.ai/platform/rebilling)

## Built-in HighLevel. A standalone option, too.

Choose the account model that fits your clients. Calendar actions depend on the connected provider and account setup.

### Connect your HighLevel clients

Authorize your clients’ HighLevel subaccounts, use their contact context and connect their calendars. Assistable’s HighLevel marketplace app includes messaging and calling providers plus workflow actions.

### Use Assistable without HighLevel

Assistable Direct keeps contacts, conversations and messages in Assistable and supports the public v3 API. Its booking route needs a separate check: the public v3 Appointments resource is currently HighLevel-scoped.

## A plan for your agency. Room to grow.

Choose a self-serve subscription for your client accounts, or work with our team on a custom deployment with an agreed implementation and operating scope.

### Agency platform subscriptions

Startup is $225/month for up to 3 subaccounts, Growth is $450/month for up to 10, and Agency is $975/month for unlimited subaccounts. All three include white labeling, multi-account management and usage rebilling. The same usage rate sheet applies, billed on top of your monthly or annual subscription.

The $97/month Solo plan includes one subaccount and does not include white labeling or rebilling.

### Custom enterprise deployments

Custom enterprise deployments start with quarterly commitments scoped to your workflows, volume and operating requirements. Your written proposal defines account limits, implementation, support and usage terms. These are separate from self-serve agency subscriptions.

Usage is separate from your deployment commitment. A headline minute rate is not a complete deployment price.

## Questions

### Do I need to build my own voice AI stack?

No. Assistable provides an assistant dashboard, templates, visual flows and built-in tools for supported workflows. Configure the agent’s instructions, knowledge, number and connected calendar, then test it. APIs and custom tools are available when you need additional integrations or programmatic control. Implementation and support depend on your plan or agreed scope.

### Why do I see different Assistable pricing pages?

The usage rate sheet is the same. www.assistable.ai/pricing/agency lists monthly or annual platform subscriptions for client account capacity, with white labeling and usage rebilling on eligible plans. That subscription is added to usage calculated from the rate sheet at www.assistable.ai/pricing. Custom enterprise deployments use scoped quarterly commitments instead of the agency subscription structure. Your selected plan or written proposal confirms account limits, any included usage and negotiated terms.

### Does client rebilling include monthly subscription packages?

Native rebilling uses prepaid client wallets: connect Stripe, set client usage prices and enable rebilling for each account. Your agency wallet separately funds the underlying usage. Plan fixed monthly retainers, bundled minutes and recurring client subscriptions separately from these wallet charges.

### Can an agency sell Assistable under its own brand?

Yes. Agency workspaces support a branded client portal and custom domain, client subaccounts and usage rebilling through Stripe. Configure these features in the agency workspace and enable them for the appropriate client accounts.

### Does Assistable handle inbound and outbound calls?

Yes. Build inbound AI receptionists and outbound follow-up agents. Agents can answer questions, qualify leads, use connected-calendar tools and transfer calls. Outbound campaigns include calling windows, pacing, retry settings and contact-level do-not-disturb checks.

### Can agents book appointments in HighLevel?

Yes. Authorize the correct HighLevel subaccount, connect the intended calendar and attach the availability and booking tools to the agent. Verify the resulting appointment in that calendar before routing customer traffic to the workflow.

### Is HighLevel required?

No. Assistable Direct supports native contacts, conversations and messages without HighLevel. The public v3 Appointments resource remains HighLevel-scoped, so confirm the booking workflow for a standalone deployment.
